DC Action League Flashpoint Flash vs. Citizen Cold.
I absolutely love these little guys. Even though the Flash is just a translucent version of the previous releases with Captain Boomerang and Professor Zoom, it is still a cool look that I believe represents him using one of Barry Allen’s main powers; vibrating into intangibility or phasing.
Of course the good Citizen is the stand out of the duo being a new sculpt and a major Flash Rogue after all.
